Relaxing Massage

The whole of the body is normally massaged during relaxing massage. There should be no pain involved during relaxation massage, in fact it should be a very pleasurable experience. Gentle and long smooth stroking rhythmic movements produce many benefits to the clients overall health and well-being.

It is a treatment designed to relax and soothe, not to relieve any chronic pain or other underlying conditions. It has a calming effect on the nervous system, reducing stress and pain and promotes a healing environment within the body.

*I may be able to offer an OUT-OF-HOURS appointment for clients with demanding work schedules who are not able to make appointments during the regular opening hours. An additional FEE of £50 will be added to the hourly rate for such appointments. These appointments MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE during the regular Opening Hours, with the earliest morning appointment starting at 8 am and the latest evening appointment starting at 9 pm. FULL PAYMENT is required at the time of booking to secure your “out of hours” appointment.
