 Please note that by booking an appointment with Full Body Massage Beaconsfield you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions. You also agree to attend the appointment you have booked.

You can make your appointment over the telephone only.

Please note: I do not respond any text messages or WhatsApp messages. I’m happy to answer all your questions over the phone.

Appointments are available for a variety of duration from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

I have very long opening hours and I am available 7 days a week. If your job is demanding and you are unable to make an appointment during my opening hours, I may be able to offer an out-of-hours appointment which would have to be booked in advance. An additional “ONE OFF” fee of £50 will be added to my hourly rate.

Cancellation Policy is 24 hours. Please cancel your appointment as soon as possible if a foreseeable event is likely to prevent you from attending, for example, illness or adverse weather conditions.

I require a minimum of 24 hrs notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to attend an appointment with less than 24 hrs notice of cancellation will incur the charge for the full appointment. This is because I may not be able to fill your appointment slot and I still need to cover my costs.

‘NO SHOW’ - if you fail to attend a pre-booked appointment you agree to pay 100% of booking fee. If a customer does not show up for their reservation, there is no refund for the entire booking and no further appointment will be offered in the future.

Please be punctual and arrive for your appointment on time. I will allow 5 minutes delay for the arrival. Any longer delay will result in deduction of this time from your appointment time.

Please be aware that refund requests won’t be considered until you let me know what about my massage you don’t like within minutes of receiving it.

I hold the right to refuse any treatment if a client is under a suspicion of consuming any recreational drugs or excessive alcohol consumption before the session.

I hold the right to refuse any treatment if a client speaks to me in a rude or derogatory manner.

I hold the right to refuse any treatment if a client is physically or verbally abusive towards me. As well as if a client demonstrates inappropriate, arrogant, aggressive or sexually inappropriate behaviour. Such behaviour will result in a total ban and may also result in criminal proceedings.

I reserve the right to refuse any treatment if a client has poor personal hygiene. You MUST have a shower at your home before you come for your appointment. There are no shower facilities available. Fresh hot towel is provided after the treatment.

I hold the right to refuse any treatment in the future for a client who did not show up for their appointment, did not contact me to cancel the appointment as this resulted in a loss of business for myself.

Reciprocal touch from the client to the masseuse is not allowed.

Clients are asked not to attend their appointment if they are unwell, suffering from a cold or virus, infection or general ill health.

I will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during your time at the treatment room premises. I will always leave the room if your belongings are there.

I treat all my clients with respect and kindness. I expect the same in return.

*I may be able to offer an OUT-OF-HOURS appointment for clients with demanding work schedules who are not able to make appointments during the regular opening hours.  An additional FEE of £50 will be added to the hourly rate for such appointments. These appointments MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE during the regular Opening Hours, with the earliest morning appointment starting at 8 am and the latest evening appointment starting at 9 pm. FULL PAYMENT is required at the time of booking to secure your “out of hours” appointment.
